EVs in the Smokies 3rd Annual EVent
Looking for a fun road trip or vacation idea this summer, come join us in the Great Smoky Mountains! Knoxville Electric Vehicle Association will be hosting EVs in the Smokies on Saturday July 8th from 10:00 to 4:00 in Townsend. This year, instead of being at the Townsend Visitor Center, we will be having the EVent at Peaceful Side Social Brewery & Craft Kitchen (PSS). It’s about a block closer to the GSMNP on the opposite side of the road from the Visitor Center. Think of this EVent as a BIG family picnic. Only with Shows & Ride & Drives! And possibly some vendors.
Everyone is welcome to come! Bring your kids & critters. Well, maybe your well-behaved dogs (on leashes please). Corn hole games, frisbees, e-bikes, etc. This EVent is only on the grass, no pavement. We will be out in front of PSS in a huge grassy area that fronts the main road. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, hats & folding chairs.
PSS will have food, drinks & ice cream for sale.
