Mark is currently focused on the emerging Electric Vehicle market, and is a recognized thought leader in EV market development policies and utility sponsored EV programs. These efforts benefit from in-depth activity across 10 different states, with detailed work such as program design, expert witness testimony, and real-world charging infrastructure development initiatives. Mark leads the research and policy development work for ChargEVC in New Jersey, including work to pass the recent landmark EV bill. Mark previously served as the Director of Energy at the Sustainability Institute at The College of NJ and Sustainable Jersey, building on over a decade of experience running one of the first solar energy companies in the Garden State. Other key focus areas include renewable energy (especially solar), energy master planning, energy storage, and microgrids.
