EVEVA Quarterly Meeting
The Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate - coming back soon (briefly)

Recorded Meeting from February, 2024

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) suspended Clean Vehicle and Charge Ahead electric vehicle rebates last year when the program ran out of money, and ceased accepting applications in May.

Now the funding pot has been refilled, and representatives from DEQ joined us to explain the limited-duration re-opening of the rebate program, how it will work, and their thoughts on how the program might change in the future.

We also had a brief presentation by a local EV owner who explained how an EV fit into his power-outage response during this winter's ice storm.
