Dealers listed here have demonstrated their commitment to excellence in electric car sales by completing Plug In America's eStar dealer program. This included:

1. Factory certification to sell EVs.

2. Assigning at least two seasoned staff as “EV Geniuses” who complete specialized training.

3. Participation in area events such as EV Day by SDG&E that put over a 1,000 attendees behind the wheel of electric vehicles available to the public today.

Training was conducted by EV sales experts enlisted by Plug In America. The curriculum covered topics that are top of mind for most electric car customers.  These included government incentives, charging availability, electricity rates and utility programs. We also provided dealer aids and reference material to help dealers leverage local resources to support the needs of their plug-in customers.
